Questo è il mio primo tentativo di mettere a disposizione file pdf relativamente a cataloghi-album relativi a francobolli.

Nelle mie collezioni ho sempre sentito la necessità di sistemare i francobolli con accanto o molto vicino tutte le informazioni necessarie a conoscere bene cosa fosse quel pezzettino di carta dentellata.

L’occasione di questa pubblicazione è scaturita dalla curiosità e dalla complessità dei COMMERCIAL OVERPRINT di Gran Bretagna che ho ordinato per la prima lettera della sovrastampa e non per classi ( Local, Water, Electricity, Insurance o Bank) per cui le troverete raggruppate per le relative lettere.

Ho voluto mantenere anche la numerazione del catalogo di J. Bonney aggiungendo le relative misure e le immagini della mia collezione e di altri collezionisti che hanno voluto partecipare a questa realizzazione.

Ovviamente è una prima stesura soggetta a tutte le modifiche e correzioni e ampliamenti che riterrete necessari comunicarmi.

Siete pregati ad inviarmele al mio indirizzo sir1ge@fastwebnet.it e vogliate scannerizzare le vostre immagini in risoluzione 300 dpi.

This is my first attempt at producing PDF files on the WEB of my collection of Great Britain Commercial Overprinted stamps.

My Goal is to classify and feature on this site as many of the Commercial Overprints of Great Britain as possible, including all information and details.

All Overprints are in alphabetical order, and are not separated by classification (Banks, Water, Councils, Electricity, Insurance)

They start with the first letter of the overprint; I am also keen to maintain the Numeration and measurements of Mr John Bonney’s Catalogues of the 1980s.

The pictures will be added as and when I receive them from other collectors or find them myself.  If you have ideas on any improvements that can be made to the pages then please contact me at   sir1ge@fastwebnet.it . 

Please send any scans in colour at 300 dpi.

You will see below all of the letters produced so far, there is also a file which contains my duplicate overprints (Pictures & SG numbers) for possible exchange.
